2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If the software fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been accidentally charged more than once for the same product or subscription.
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive access to the software or license key after a confirmed payment.

3. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements before purchase
  • Issues caused by incompatible hardware, third-party software conflicts, or user error
  • Violation of the End-User License Agreement (EULA)
  • Subscription renewals where the user failed to cancel before the renewal date

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period are not provided

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
